1: Quotation to be acknowledged & signed if acceptable and returned together with form to us with a 50% deposit

payment as confirmation of our services.

​

2: Enclosed quotation is valid for Thirty (30) days only.

For shipment via manifested cargo, prices may change subjected to the new freight rate issued by airlines at the time of freight booking.

​

3: Any balance of payment MUST be paid at least Seven (7) working weekdays prior to departure or arrival of pet. In the event that payment is not received before Seven (7) working weekdays as stipulated, MD Pet Services Sdn Bhd has the right to terminate the agreement and to forfeit the deposit.

​

4: 2% percent interest per month will be imposed on all unpaid outstanding invoices.

​

5: In the event that the Owner/Client cancels the accepted quotation, the Owner/Client is liable to pay MD Pet Services Sdn Bhd, a cancellation fees of minimum MYR 850.00 and all other expenses incurred to the day of cancellation or any other fees as stated in the quotation.

​

6: Quarantine booking - Import into Malaysia:-

MD Pet Services Sdn Bhd will not be held liable if no quarantine rooms are available for booking. A minimum of Twenty One (21) working weekdays notice is required for Malaysian Quarantine room booking.

​

Quarantine visitation:

Owner is allowed to visit their pet on the day of arrival into quarantine and the last day of quarantine. No visitation is allowed in between. Feeding and cleaning of quarantine room will be provided by quarantine on a daily basis.

​

Quarantine booking - Export from Malaysia:-

For other countries' quarantine booking, it is subjected to the availability of quarantine rooms, date & time of entry given by the Quarantine Station of the importing countries at the point of booking. MD Pet Services Sdn Bhd will not be held liable if no quarantine rooms are available and/or the deferment of flight schedule including all the necessary test and documentations.

7: Depending on which country your pet(s) are relocating to, at least Seven (7) months to a minimum of Five (5) weeks' notice is required prior to departure of pet(s).

​

8: Pet airport transfer is available at a fee. MD Pet Services Sdn Bhd only allow One (1) pick up location. A multiple pick up location is possible but not recommended as this further increase the travelling time. No passenger or luggage will be allowed on board.

​

9: In the event of multiple pick up locations, additional charges will be imposed depending on the total pick up locations. Please note that the 1st pet pick up time will be changed.

​

10: MD Pet Services Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change the type/size of the travelling crate subject to size and suitability in compliance with IATA latest rules. Airfreight charges will be charged accordingly and the cost of the new crate(s) will be borne by the Owner/Client.

​

11: In the event that the travelling crate(s) provided by Owner/Client are not in accordance to IATA and/or Airlines acceptance rules, a new travelling crate will be provided and the cost of the travelling crate will be borne by Owner/Client. MD Pet Services Sdn Bhd and/or its Agents will not be held responsible in the event of any delays or change of flight.

12: Your pet(s) will be uplifted upon receipt of full payment and upon acceptance from the Airlines concerned.

​

13: Departure or Arrival of pet(s) must be on a working weekday and within office hours, any departure or arrival after working hours or weekends or public holidays will incur additional surcharges.

​

14: In the event that an early morning flight before working hours, additional transport surcharges will be charged for Custom clearance prior to departure date.

​

15: All agent fees are quoted based on working weekdays unless otherwise stated.

​

16: MD Pet Services Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible for loss, death, illness, injury or accidents unless it was caused by MD Pet Services Sdn Bhd's gross negligence. Hence, the Owner/Client will indemnify MD Pet Services Sdn Bhd, its employees and representatives from any liability, claims or legal proceedings arising from such transport incidents.

17: MD Pet Services Sdn Bhd will also not be held responsible for matters beyond our control ie: airline delay, change of aircraft, loss of veterinary documents by airlines or its Agents. In the event of a delay, additional charges for boarding at AVI (if applicable), comfort care for pet and additional transport trips (if applicable) will be borne by the Owner/Client.

18: Pet(s) must meet the requirements of the final destination country. Any failure to do so would not enable the pet(s) to travel. No refunds will be made at such an event. The Owner/Client will bear the full cost for all additional expenses incurred.

​

19: Owner/Client must ensure that their pet(s) is free from all parasites. MD Pet Services Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible for any consequences whatsoever if pet(s) are found to have parasites.

​

20: Use of Owner/Client's preferred veterinarian and/or veterinary clinic is subject to both MD Pet Services Sdn Bhd and the veterinarian's time and availability. Additional charges may be borne for the use of Owner/Client's preferred 

​veterinarian and/or veterinary clinic.

​

21: Owner/Client shall bear all additional expenses and pay additional professional fees, if any, if delays in departure date is at the request of Owner/Client or requirement not met.

​

22: MD Pet Services Sdn Bhd prohibits the use of any types of tranquillizers during flight. Where tranquillizers are needed or specifically requested, tranquillizers are STRICTLY to be arranged by Owner/Client's own veterinarian. MD Pet Services Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible for over/wrong dosage, side effects, death due to use of tranquillizers and/or rejected by Airlines.

23: Pet travel insurance is not available through MD Pet Services Sdn Bhd, therefore, we will agree to the payment of additional charges should there be incurred, due to unforeseen circumstances that may be arise due to factors which are beyond MD Pet Services Sdn Bhd's control.
